When SRH Holding tasked us with a special challenge - to quickly fill an essential position with complex tasks in the construction industry - we knew that this would be no ordinary recruiting campaign. Within two days, we produced a mixture of various film and photo elements, which were designed to be played out via social media ads with the help of an advertising budget.

From the construction site to the office, accompanied by the words of an employee in an interview setting, we captured life and work in the construction industry from different angles. 

The approach works: The ads perform well and convince potential candidates:

Within a very short time, various potential candidates were identified and in contact with our client. Several of them are now part of the SRH Group.

Of course, all content is still available to our customer - in the event of new staff shortages in the construction sector, the advertising campaign can be put online again immediately in order to find new applicants.
